STEP 02 — Confirm Your Profile
Our AI reads your resume and extracts your name, skills, experience, and a short summary. You just confirm it's accurate — or correct anything it missed.
STEP 03 — Position Matching
Based on your profile, our AI matches you to open positions with a fit score and reasoning, so you can pick the role(s) that suit you best.
STEP 04 — Answer Screening Questions
You'll go through a queue of role-specific questions — one at a time, right in the chat — combining recruiter-defined and AI-generated questions based on your resume. You can review and edit your answers before submitting.
STEP 05 — AI Evaluation & Result
Your answers are scored automatically against the position's screening cutoff. You'll receive your result right away — Passed or Failed — with your score. If you don't pass, you're welcome to re-apply after a short cooldown period.
STEP 06 — Book Your Appointment
Passed the screening? Choose your preferred interview date and time directly in WhatsApp. Need to change it later? You can reschedule anytime through the same chat.
